WHAT & WHO: Monster Jam®
and the Michigan State Police will join forces to present
a special program for 700 students of César Chávez Academy
High School to educate them about the dangers, consequences
and prevention of road rage and aggressive driving.
The “Monster Jam® and Michigan State Police Rolls
Over Road Rage” event will kick-off with a presentation by
Lieutenant Michael A. Shaw, Public Information Officer
with the Michigan State Police.
Following the presentation, Monster Jam® truck
driver Greg Winchenbach will speak to students and ask them
to text, tweet and/or post a pledge to stop road rage (#MJStopsRoadRage).
Students will then go outside for photos with Greg where his
Monster Jam® truck, Crushstation, will
be on display.
The Michigan State Police recently launched a campaign to reduce
aggressive driving.. Like our state’s leadership in safe
driving efforts, Monster Jam®, one of the most

road rage and aggressive driving. Using the largest recreational
trucks in the world to drive home this message makes a powerful
impact on young drivers and influences them to be more cautious
behind the wheel.
