ADULT BOOK DISCUSSION: Join the adult book club at Lorain Public Library Systemís Avon Branch Library to discuss the controversial book, God Is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything by Christopher Hitchens. COLUMBIA BRANCH

STORY TIMES: Story time is in full swing at Lorain Public Library Systemís Columbia Branch Library on Tuesdays. Toddler Time is 11:30 a.m. to noon for 2 through 3 year olds with a caregiver. Preschool Story Time is 1:15 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. for 3 through 5 year olds. Music Makers is 3:45 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. for families with children of all ages. TEN ITEM CHECK OUT: WIN A VALENTINE THEMED BOOK: Each and every time families check out 10 items from Friday, February 1 through Tuesday, February 12, they will receive a Valentine bookmark and an entry into a drawing for a Valentine themed book. VALENTINE CANDY GUESSING GAME: Get into the Valentineís Day spirit and win. All ages are invited to guess the number of Valentine candies in the jar at Lorain Public Library Systemís Columbia Branch Library. The guessing takes place Friday, February 1 through Tuesday, February 12. Winners who guessed the right amount will receive a bag of candy after being notified Wednesday, February 13. BASIC INTERNET: Become familiar with Internet basics, visiting websites, using search tools, and printing and saving in Internet Explorer.
