As a driver you will earn a base salary plus bonus compensation that is paid on number of miles driven per route, weight of product being delivered and the number of customer stops.  CDL A Drivers earn on average $1000 per week.  In addition, after 90 days you will be eligible for benefits.

Qualifications for Future CDL A Drivers in our Driver Trainee Program:

Valid driver’s license, no more than 4 points and no DUIT convictions, clear criminal history, ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.  We have a program for qualified candidates to start in either a warehouse or non-CDL driving position. Within 3 – 6 months Sofo Foods will pay for you to obtain your temporary permit, CDL A classes and license.  Warehouse associates earn $9.75 per hour and non-CDL drivers $12.50 per hour.

The Program Officer is responsible for administrating federal grant programs, coordinating committee meetings and participating on local criminal justice committees.  Primary duties include: providing technical assistance to funded programs; program and fiscal monitoring to ensure compliance with federal grant guidelines; data collection and analysis; developing local grant proposals; scheduling meetings and preparing agendas and minutes; and working collaboratively with local elected officials, agencies and interested community members.
