All abbreviations will be spelled out. (Example: 3BR home for sale w/2 baths will read 3 bedroom home for sale with 2 baths)

All submissions must be submitted in writing accompanied by a check. Your submission must include current name, address, telephone number and signature. Post Office Box addresses are not accepted. There will be a $25.00 service charge added for any check returned for any reason.

The Publisher has the right to refuse any advertisements containing material deemed objectionable. The Publisher's criteria of acceptability is final for all ads placed.

Weekly Deadlines

Ads submitted after the deadline will be inserted at the Editor's discretion or my be forced-added at an additional charge of $35.00

Vehicles and Appliances and other 1 item sales: $9 if paid in advance for up to 20 words; $14 if billed. Advertise one item and the Ad runs for up to 10 consecutive weeks unless cancelled by customer; cancel by the Saturday before the Wednesday distribution date.

Only $9 per week for 20 words or less if paid in advance. Otherwise, $14. Each additional word is 40 cents.

Extras: Extra $5 if boxed; extra $5 for logo; extra $10 for black-and-white photo [$40 color photo].

Deadlines: Ad copy must be received by Friday, noon for the following week’s issue.

Translations into Spanish: 25 cents per word.

Refunds: Sorry, no refunds given.

Misprints: Credit towards future ads.
